Lyrics

He's building up a temple
Each one of us a living stone
He's building up a sacred temple
Preparing to take us home

Only the rocks live forever
Only the rocks live forever
Only the rocks live forever
Forever, Forever

He's building up a sacred temple
Each one of us a living stone
He's building up a sacred temple
With Jesus as His cornerstone

Only the rocks live forever
Only the rocks live forever
Only the rocks live forever
Forever, Forever

Yes, Jesus is our cornerstone
We trust in Him alone
Yes, Jesus is our cornerstone
Lord, take me home
Take me home

He's building up a sacred temple
Each one of us a living stone
He's building up a sacred temple
Preparing to take us home

Only the rocks live forever
Only the rocks live forever
Only the rocks live forever
Forever, Forever

Yeah, Jesus is our cornerstone
We trust in Him alone
Yes, Jesus is our cornerstone
Lord, take me home
Take me home
Lord, take me home.

A pleasant and rocking religious song, with a nice hook and and nice guitar lick.

i have heard this artist before-------the message is strong and consistent. i would like to see this artist work a little harder on the music---to catch up with his message that is surely worthy.

I am sorry, this just doesn't flow.

There are some good ideas here that need polishing

Hi! Good stuff overall--you have a cool alt/rock kind of vibe going on. It kinda reminds me of a mix of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Bad Religion back in the day.

I dig the guitar tone this song has. It sets up a good base track from which I think a great song can come out of with a few tweaks here and there.

The artist comes across as very sincere. The lyrics tell the story well.

I like the simplicity of this song. It's got a nice hook and good lyrics, Randal. Nice job. I can see this song being performed by a group and a bunch of believers singing along in joyful worship. While repetition can be boring in some songs, in this one, I think it works.

This song Reminds me of something that an artist like tom petty could write or maybe even Bob dylan. The vocals reminded me of them. I liked the tempo of the song how it chugged along.

I think this song has some good musical qualities ,but could use some better musical arrangement. The singer has a distinctive voice tone. The lyric are good I think this song is ok.
