Lyrics

Kansas, your fields of gold
Now I know I'm back home
Kansas, your fields of gold
Now I know I'm back home

Kansas, Kansas, Kansas, Kansas, Kansas, Kansas, Kansas, Kansas,
Your big Blue River keeps rolling on
While the cottonwoods sway to and fro
Where have the years gone
Where have they've gone

Does this old piano still play
Does this old piano still play our song
With a tear in my eye, I'll sing along
I'm waiting for the pickup truck to take me home
I've burned both candles for way too long
Kansas, your fields of gold
Now I know I'm home.
