Lyrics

You ask me why all these bad things happen
I don't know, I don't know
You ask me why you feel so heartbroken
You ask me why you feel so alone

But I see a rainbow beyond this storm
I see a rainbow cause God's in control
God's in control
Your not alone, Your not alone

You ask me why bad things happen
I wish I knew, I wish I knew
He watched Jesus die Friday afternoon
His only Son died for me and you

He knows your pain and He feels it too
And one things for certain
He Loves you, yes He love you
He loves you, He loves you, He loves you
He loves you

He Love You

Very unique song there.

Once again, Randal, your lyrics are beautiful and right to the point. In the light of the Orlando mass shooting, this song asks the question, "Why do bad things happen?" And the bottom line is that in the midst of all this tragedy, God is there and Jesus loves us. I like the instrumentation and the way it builds as the song progresses.

I liked what you were going for. It was like show tunes meets EDM meets Johnny Cash/Tom Waitts all in the name of god. There was definitely a mellow vibe and I am curious as to the software you were using because the production is reminiscent of something I would do with my cheap/free software. Is it ready for distribution and radio play? Maybe not, but for all I know this is the rough mix.

This song is quite good.

This song reminds me of Tom Petty turned Christian.

Great song with good lyrics. The piano was great as well. This song definitely draws you in. Thanks for sharing.

nice piano ballad , sounding like dylan ,

I like the mellow vibe and instrumentation.

I liked the lyrics conveying why bad things happen but knowing we are not alone. The lyrics were very good. I am pretty sure this is Randal, good job on it.

I LOVE THE QUALITY OF YOUR VOICE, IT SOUNDS LIKE AN OLDER BOB DYLAN OR SOMETHING AROUND THAT ERA. NICE PIANO BACKGROUND, YOU ARE PROBABLY THE PLAYER, NICE SONG OVERALL AND I THINK IF YOU WORK ON IT JUST A LITTLE MORE YOU COULD MAKE IT A GREAT SONG, NOT THAT IT ISNT GOOD LIKE IT IS.

I think that this song could have a market if worked with.
