Story Behind The Song
When travelling in Argentina, I starting seeing someone named Soledad, who really taught me a lot about life. But, once the trip was over, I had to return home, and I realized that it just wasnt meant to be long-term. I wrote this song thinking of how I didn't want either of us to have regrets, but at the same time, I wish the world were a completely different place, where something like that might have worked.

Lyrics
Left bags and boxes of dreams and visions
In the end I was only holding you
Gave away my posessions, all though obsessions
You were there when none of them came through
I was still searching with my eyes open
When I found out that some things can't be seen
It hurt you so much to see me go then
I left you there standing in the rain
You know I had to go
But you could never know
What was on my mind
When I saw you the last time
I'm holding out my hand, from so far away
I'd run acros this land, begging for you to break away
So keep your head up high, I never did you wrong
But that's where you must stay and I'm back where I belong
