The track "Where I'm From" is C-zar Wisemen's fourth track off his first album called "Tha New Testament. The song explains where the artist is from in the state of Virginia and the town of Charlottesville.Expressing his concerns on the area,with the hopes that if someone with the power can bring about change from the stuff that is swept under rug in the area.
