Story Behind The Song

Teacher was written as part of a collection of songs that were inspired by the classic rock of the 70s and 80s. The song started with a simple chord progression on the acoustic guitar and was built form there. Once the instrumentation and arrangement fell into place, lyrics were later written and vocals recorded. The full vocal version of the song was used as the final track on Matthew C. Bauder's "How To Make A Dime" Album.
