Story Behind The Song
Sitting with my guitar on the top of a water tower called Dillan's Divide in Los Angeles Crest Mountains, I pondered a relationship I had just started. The woman I had fallen in love with, was the exwife of my best friend. Although he had no problems with it cause he had a new relationship, I felt uncomfortable when in their presence and thought I should break up with her to save my friendship, but I didn't want to leave her either. The thought manifested itself in this song and as a result helped me with my decision to break up with her.

Lyrics
Hours and days
We spent in constant preparation
Changing our plans and doing things we never had on our minds
Never satisfied
With situations as we live them
Always wanting to have
A chance to live a better life
Cause being different, is what we had on our minds
But thoughts lead to procrastination
On Dillian?s Divide
I face the problems I?ve created
Trying to do
The things I?ve never done before
Procrastination is something that is never ending
Never doing today
What we can do another time
Cause being different, is what we had on our minds
But thoughts lead to procrastination (Repeat)
