My Little Girl ©

You said mommy and daddy
And you strummed on my old guitar
You said cookie and fishy
My what a big girl you are

There are so many things that you try to remember
Like who are your uncles and when was December
You're my little girl and I love you so
I wrote down this song just to let you know
I'll be right beside you to watch you grow
Into my little girl

You said goldie and ouwie
And you counted from one through two
You said Mommy and Daddy
Amy loves you

There are so many things that you've yet to encounter
I want you to know it from here ever after
You're my little girl and I love you so
I wrote down this song just to let you know
I'll be right beside you to watch you grow
Into my litlle girl
My little girl

Beautiful song

Wonderful parent to child legacy song. Well done. Pro production.

Such a lovely song which I reckon many would like to have written!
Great lyrics and warm melody performed sweetly by a good vocalist, and proud father!
The music is ideal for the message if the the song!

Very touching beautiful song

Really a cute little song for your little girl and others with young children or grandchildren. Nice simple guitar work. The instrumental portion sounded like a recorder, nice feel.

Nice theme, made me smile thinking about my Little White Dove---especially like the tag at the end!

well it's o.k. - maybe it could be used for kids Christian music

reminds me of daytime kids tv. sweet sentimential song

A very sweet song, a personal song for a new born. The lyrics are unique in their own way, not brilliantly poetic or witty, just really sweet and heart felt. The voice is gentle and soft and fits the song. A happy, proud father sings like that, and this has a very good voice to sing it with.
I think it will have a wide appeal - I hope it will - though it is a personal song.

A sweet song with lots of feel...a lot of people will like this

Just a great song with a very pleasant story line about Amy and her birth. I loved the lyrics and the feel put into this song. Made me think of my daughters first day in my life. Thank you for such an uplifting song.

What a great tribute to a little girl. The song was great your vocals and harmony worked well in this song.
3 daughters and a husband who felt the same about all his girls and I am glad because I lost my father in death at the age of 2.
There is nothing like the love of a little girl
