Story Behind The Song

When I heard the news of yet another act of violence in a school I was filled with despair. The only thing I could do was say this simple prayer... for me... for us.... for all the children...Let Me Be the Light

Song Description

It begins with the reaction to the event, the anquish of hearing and having your heart broken . But, it doesn't stay there. It's not about the heart break but about breaking one's heart open so that the light will/can shine.
