Lyrics
WOMAN, I'M LEAVING YOU NOW
I SAID I NEVER WOULD GO
I TRIED TO SHOW YOU
HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU
SEEMS LIKE YOU NEVER WILL KNOW
( CHORUS )
AND I WILL MISS YOU
LORD KNOWS I'LL CRY
I'LL SAY I'M HAPPY
LORD KNOWS I LIE
WITH MY GUITAR IN MY HAND
I ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE PEOPLE SMILE
WOMAN YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND
ONLY YOUR LOVE CAN MAKE IT WORTHWHILE
IT'S HARD TO BE LIKE THE REST
YOU KNOW THAT I FIGHT EVEN TRYING
I'VE GOT TO DO WHAT I DO BEST
I DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD MAKE YOUR LOVE DIE
( FLUTE SOLO )
WOMAN, I'M LEAVING YOU NOW
I SAID I NEVER WOULD GO
I TRIED TO SHOW YOU
HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU
SEEMS LIKE YOU NEVER WILL KNOW
( CHORUS )
AND I WILL MISS YOU
LORD KNOWS I'LL CRY
I'LL SAY I'M HAPPY
LORD KNOWS I LIE
YES I WILL MISS YOU
LORD KNOWS I'LL CRY
YES I WILL MISS YOU
LORD KNOWS I'VE DIED
