Story Behind The Song
I got in touch with Alan about a possible collaboration in the future, and he was also considering trying a collaboration. He hadn't done one since 1964!
He sent me some lyrics to 'Face of an Angel' and i added a few lyric changes and come up with a melody, which Alan then altered slightly to suit his style.
I was pleased to help Alan with this, he had the harder part of singing and recording it :-)
