A dear friend was lamenting her lack of understanding about the man she had been in relationship with - our drummer and also a dear friends. I came to know him as a person interested in only her looks, and with a roving eye. In the end, I loved her more for her honesty, and put myself in her place as a lover scorned and scorched dry of emotion.
