Story Behind The Song
This is a story about my relationship with a girl whom I have actually never been involved with romantically, but whom I consider a very close friend. She had to fly home suddenly at the death of her father, and until I felt the pain that she was feeling inside me, I never realized how close we really were. Once she returned, I did all that was in my power to take away her pain and hurting.
Song Description
Who hasn't taken a loved one for granted only to realize how much they meant to you after they have gone away? ... Luckily sometimes there are second chances, as with this song.

Lyrics
Right In Front Of Me
I never knew she was here until she was gone
Until the light turned off I didn?t know it was on
But now that she?s back in front of me
I see what before I couldn?t see
The moon and the stars of which I dream
Could be right in front of me
I never saw the strength that she held deep inside
Until I saw the tears that she never cried
But now that she?s back in front of me
I see what before I couldn?t see
The moon and the stars of which I dream
Could be right in front of me
I hear her laugh running through the rain
For a moment she seems to forget all about the pain
Her hair soaked, her makeup running as she wipes the drops from her brow
But she?s never been more beautiful than now
I never looked to my heart ?til I looked in her eyes
I never looked at the world ?til I gazed to the skies
But now that she?s back in front of me
I see what before I couldn?t see
The moon and the stars of which I dream
Could be right in front of me
