Great slide work!
Delta blues. Yes I like the instrumental parts.
Never heard a song like this before...assuming it's history based (?). It's about war and spies. Slide guitar makes for exciting instrumentation. Stellar performance. Crystal clear vocals. Well-crafted lyrics. Great job!
Hard to critic - This was intentionally striped down and meant to be raw - and gritty - and sung from a distraught or lonely on looker's perspective - A vocal narrative. Although it sounded a couple of times like the chair or stool the artist was sitting on [ or the instrumentals fret board ] was creaking - that isn't advisable - it was a little distracting - it drew the listeners ear away from the intimacy of what was being conveyed and it felt as if in a couple spots, the instrumental felt a little too up, in the mix - but that just might be my ears . Good Work
Old school slide and bluesy singing abstract words and abstract thoughts. A moody recording from the 60's.
some good slide guitar on this blues track. has a very live feel to it. the vocals are good too. cool
Artist reminds me a bit of Paul Butterfield. Very interesting and catchy opening....makes the listener want to keep listening. The genre...is kinda like a modern R&B alternative. I couldn't really pin it down. Overall, I really enjoyed listening to this song. It had me tapping my foot to the beat. Lots of good energy.
Love the slide.
Really nice introduction, great vocal tone. Great vibrato. Very raw folk/gritty desert sound, enjoyed that a lot.
Great performance, really interesting, clever lyric well delivered.
The recording is spot on, nice balance between the guitar and vocal.
I love, love, love, the bottleneck guitar! Great playing, great instrumental hook! Catchy.
HOLY CRAP!--this is totally great stuff!--I wouldn't change a thing!--cheers!--joe.
very cool slide work! nice overall vocal.
Great slide guitar. It really makes the song for me.
