Story Behind The Song

The more I tried to to veer away from disco era kitsch, the more I failed. And so I did what any coward would do, and I gave up and joined the enemy, eventually having to serve time. Then I quickly ran away to write something else.

Song Description

This song is almost caricature of itself in its overly serious attempt to replicate decades past elements of perhaps overly orchestrated disco. A too long sentence is almost always a death sentence for readership interest, but it may be the only way to summarize everything here. As a child growing up with the sounds of disco-themed sitcoms, I had a lot of fun in attempting to revive the era on my Alesis module.
