The story of temptation...from the "tempt-ee's" point of view. "I'm trying to do the right thing, but I'm really not that strong" kinda says it all. I wrote this with the intention of giving it to Chris Isaak, along with a couple of other songs, (thats why there's the soaring vocal thingy)...but he would listen to any "unsolicited" stuff, even though I gave it directly to his producer, Erik Jacobsen. (Erik liked it!) So, the hell with him, I'm keepin it...
