Story Behind The Song

I wrote this song when my anxiety was at it's worst. I flipped out on my boyfriend for irrational reasons because I had been hiding my anxiety issues for so long. This was my song to say "I don't want to lose you but I can't hide this anymore".

Song Description

This girl is deeply struggling with anxiety issues and irrational, bad thoughts. These thoughts are eating her alive. Eventually she explodes on her boyfriend which makes her face the fact that she needs to be open with him about her struggles. She wants so badly to hide underneath it all and pretend she's ok but she knows it won't stay hidden forever. This is her plea to stay even though she's ashamed of her emotional issues.
