When I was informed of Chick Corea's passing I was immediately saddened and felt a great loss but I remembered his music...ahhh his music. 'Light as a feather' was transformational for me and an honor to meet him briefly years ago...so I did the only thing I could...I sat down at my piano and deep into the evening I played what I felt...Confused, Joy and sadness...Chick is quoted as saying that his genetics were Italian but his heart was Spanish...in tribute to him I named the piece "confuso'...one of my collaborators Antonio Giardina did an amazing job performing the piece. I hope you like it!
