I was just thinking how the tables have been turned -- or at least aren't the same as they were "back when." Girls/women don't wait on anything any more; they just go get what they want. Good for them.

Song Description

Laura loved to dance, and she loved for the boys to call her up and ask her out so they could go dancing and have some fun. But when they didn't call, she was bummed out because she wasn't allowed to go dancing alone. She got tired of that and started calling the boys and asking them out. For her, it was a "brand new Saturday night."
