Sissy Début is an American Award-Winning-Singer-Songwriter in the Pop-Folk-Rock-Country-Spiritual genre of music.

Sissy Début has shared the stage with artists like Emmylou Harris, Shelby Lynne, Roseanne Cash and Hootie & The Blowfish (just to name a few!) Sissy has had her music ("City of Angels") featured in MTV's ("Real World, New Orleans") and is frequently sought out by TV and Film producers for her original tunes.

Sissy has proven herself to be a valuable commodity to have around in the world of entertainment, appearing on E! Entertainment and Bravo.

2011 saw Ms. Début entering a new form of media as she co-starred in the web-series "Dixiewood" and is currently in production with a new project, scheduled to start in fall of 2012.

Currently Sissy is set to film a series by the creators of "Taxi Cab Confessionals", which focuses on the life and times of a hand selected group of artists in the LGBT community. This project is being shopped around to several major cable networks as a platform for acoustic singer-songwriters.
