Side Project... it started as exactly that. A couple of guys (Justin Foster &; Lucas Chatfield) playing in bands with little spare time for jamming, much less gigging, so they began playing as a twosome as ventilation for their overflowing well of creativity.
Adding Bassist Brent Gall and Drummer Rich Bosiso, Side Project is now a local band creating a stir in Fremount County and across the state of Colorado.
This will serve not only as an answer to the who-are-these-guys question that will hopefully be asked by more and more people over time, but also as a, calendar, and even multimedia retrieval spot. When and where SP is playing, what you and you and you over there think about 'em, and a steadily growing collection of sights and sounds will all be right here, so just keep your eyes and ears wide open.

Bio

Side Project. It started as exactly that. A couple of guys playing in bands with little spare time for jamming, much less gigging, so they began playing as a twosome as ventilation for their overflowing well of creativity. Acoustic shows in coffee houses and local bars over a period of seven years have awarded Canon City's Justin Foster and Lucas Chatfield a modest-sized but nonetheless devout following. Guys and girls, young and old... All walks of Colorado's Fremont County come to see Side Project. They know the words, they ask for the songs by name. It's almost like a real band. Hell, maybe it is.
Side Project is now expanding its work, its roster, and its availability Contributing to the soundtrack for local independent filmmaker Lance Shoeman's first feature-length production "UNREAL", adding a bass player (Brent Gall), drummer (Rich Bosisio), and other possible hands, and preparing to distribute a nationwide-available demo/1st album, Side Project is at long last ready to put their years of hoping and dreaming into the mysterious plain of reality.
