My influences come from a wide variety of places. I'm a writer with a passion for poetry and creative language. This inspires my lyrics and shapes my songs. I'm also a musician who listens to almost anything musical, with emphasis on rock, folk, country and blues. Whichever genre I listen to, I am drawn to songs with strong lyrics and strong musical hooks. I am a guitar player first, but I also dabble with bass, harmonica, percussion, and piano. All of these things influence the songs I write, and first and foremost, I consider myself a song writer. None of these songs have been recorded or produced in a professional studio. All were written, recorded, mixed and mastered in my basement. I hope you enjoy my songs.
