John has played guitar for over 40 years playing just about all styles. He began songwriting heavily in the mid 70's but stopped after an 8 year job as lead guitarist in a rock band in the late 70's. He has recently returned to songwriting with a renewed passion for the Christian and country genres. He also enjoys writing in other genres as "Sometimes a song takes it's own direction." John also enjoys producing and engineering his own as well as other writer's projects.
