In 2004 I finished in the top 3 of the God Song Contest for my song "More Amazing".
Souls Collide was a runner up in VH1's Song of the Year contest in December 2006 and a finalist in 2007.
In February 2008 my song "Like You've Never Been Hurt Before" won the Country VH1 Song of the Year Contest.
In March 2008, my song "Souls Collide" won the Adult Contemporary VH1 Song of the Year Contest.
In April 2008, I won the Broadjam Date With a Publisher contest for my song "Last Quarter Friend". That was a great experience. I recommend it.
In September 2008, "Somethings Never Change" was a runner up in the VH1 song contest.
Recently, I finished as a Semi-Finalist in the 2008 Clonmel song contest for "Souls Collide" and a Semi-Finalist in the 2008 UK Song Contest for both "Souls Collide" and "Love Like You've Never Been Hurt Before".

Currently, I'm working with long time Nashville Producer Nelson Larkin who has written a number of #1 country songs, produced many number one songs (including "Should Have Been a Cowboy" by Toby Keith), and among other things can be credited with discovering Toby Keith, Producing all of Earl Thomas Conley's 17 consecutive number 1's, as well as, signing John Michael Montgomery and Tracy Lawrence.
