I hold a Bachelors Degree in Music Education from the University of Central Florida and a Masters Degree in Jazz Composition and Arranging from the University of South Florida. I've studied composition with John Whitney, Chuck Owen and John LeBarbera. I currently perform in the Navy Band in Pearl Harbor, HI. (Life's been worse to me, LOL........) I play guitar, trumpet, sing and compose songs for the Navy Band. I play a variety of styles of music which influences me to write in a variety of different styles. I compose songs in the styles of Rock, Funk, Big Band Jazz, Smooth Jazz, Concert Band, Contemporary Christian, Choral with instrumental accompaniment, etc., etc............

Hi, I'm Scott Verville. I was raised in Altamonte Springs, FL. After high school I decided to go to college and major in music and try to make a living at this art I love so much. Now I'm doing just that.
