WHO IS JARRED GRANT

Jarred Grant is a country artist born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He relocated to the east coast in 2004 to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a professional musician by studying at Berklee College of Music. After finishing up at Berklee in 2006 Jarred spent his nights and weekends honing his craft playing at bars and clubs all across New England.

Jarred was brought up listening to old school country artists such as Johnny Cash, Randy Travis, Hank Williams, and George Strait and you can hear these influences in his writing style. With a deep voice and a deeper appreciation for traditional country balanced out by modern production techniques, Jarred Grant will soon be making his mark on the country music charts.

Jarred met the love of his life and songwriting partner, Shannon Schmitt, in the summer of 2009 and they eventually collaborated on the debut single "Whiskey Whispers" which is available for free download now. "Whiskey Whispers" will also appear on the upcoming full length album that is slated for a winter 2013 release and yet to be titled as of this writing.
