Hi Janice. Long time no talk. I just poted a new song called "In The Dirt". I'd appreciate any feedback. The song has been cut by an indie band called The Kentucky Linemen. This is the demo. Their version will be released soon. Thanks, Buc
Well, now.....that one def. has chart potential, Buc. I loved it. The singer was a perfect choice for it. Great arrangement and istrumentation. I love the banjo and fiddle....(wasn't over done....it was just right!) And....Way to hit the hook....over and over again. Those verses flow right straignt into each chorus....yesss!! You used the hook in so many varied ways....just love it!! Great job....and many congrats on getting the cut on this one. I'd love to hear Craig Morgan or Rodney Atkins do this one, as well. I've met both of them, because my sons opened for them. Both nice guys that would do a great job with this one. I hope all is well with you and your family. I hope your boy is doing well. I haven't been here on Broadjam for so long.....I just wasn't having any luck submitting songs, as I would pay my money and then they would never show up...no reviews...no nothing. So I decided to put my money elsewhere. I have alot of new demos. Here is the link to a new country/pop we did....that has been pitched to Kellie Pickler and will be pitched to Wynonna at a meeting with her mgr. in May (she is looking for a poppish song or two for her new cd) Good luck with this song, Buc. I think it totally rocks!! Sincerely, Janice Hopkins
