Had a band for years called "dead boyfriend". Was a trip.I write songs with strong emphasis on lyrics. I don't enjoy preachy or "victim" oriented lyrics, so I work hard to speak for myself, and if someone relates, great. I'm a mom with a two year old child, now , am blissfully fullfilled. It is a challenge to find things to write about that are about where I am in my life now, while keeping commercial and current. It's taken some time, and I'm finding new ways to express myself and will be out performing again once I fiinish wirting enough material that I can stand behind, proud enough to sind for me son.
