A two time Canadian Academy Award® nominee (best original song category-one recorded by Celine Dion), Howard Forman is a Montreal-based guitarist and producer.

As principal songwriter for “The Groove Kings”, the band scored four top 40 and two top 20 hits off their two albums (all penned by Forman).

Being one of the youngest players (at the time, ahem...) ever to be hired at Muscle Shoals Sound Studios in Sheffield Alabama, he returned to Montreal in the 80’s to work with Quebec and Canadian artists, playing on dozens of albums and films including the Cirque De Soleil’s “Allegria” CD & DVD (a top 5 Billboard world-beat album).

He runs Visual Music, a music consulting house in Montreal and is currently producing The Groove Kings third release.
