Eric Jacobsen is a Tokyo based musician who has been a regular on the children's television program, "Eigo de Asobo" on the Japanese national public broadcasting station, NHK, for 9 years. His original theme song, "What do you like to do?" is popular throughout Japan among the 2~10 year old set and their mothers. In addition to his on camera activities, Eric works behind the scenes in music production for numerous TV shows, commercials and educational materials. He is the creator of the current theme music for the international news program "Newsline" on NHK.
The Eric Jacobsen Band plays regularly in and around the Tokyo area.
Eric is originally from western Massachusetts and came to Japan via Boulder, Colorado.
