You've got your Harley song in the wrong genre. It should be Country, not Classical.

I'll spend some time gavin a listen. Just shot off a message this morning. Only been in Williston 1 time 17 years ago. Took my son on the rife of his life at the Hummer dealership for his 10th b'day. He'll never forget that day. Let me know if you have an idea you want to flesh out. I dropped off broad jam last month. Had a 4 year promo membership as a prize in the now defunct Great Lakes songwriting contest. Then another year for Dallas sonwriters comp. I won another year but can't find the paperwork. Broadjam, taxi etc have never netted me anything. .... 4 years, one yes that turned into a no, Rex Benson (bs artist) sent me a contract with over 15typo's and 18 downloads for a total of $17 and change. Spent over $2000 on entries. Not sure if I suck that bad or just bad luck. On to other things after 8 years. R
Roger, I'll be writing again sometime in 2015. Just enjoying the holidays right now. Broadjam is great for connecting with other writers. My best songs are co-writes with people on this site. Haven't gotten that big placement either, but I enjoy the hunt.

I liked you song about the kid who fell between the cracks. Touching lyric. I'm mainly contemporary country and up until last week, wrote for a company inNashville. I'll check the title. Smooth whiskey and fishing boats and a mom looking at his photo. My Harley song gets a lot of traction as does the one at #10 on the R&B charts now. You're on the #1 slot. Congrats. Latest song is called "my baby and me" off to the bank and errands. R
Funny thing, my Harley song was submitted to the wrong category about 8 months ago. I submitted to contemporary classical instead of contemporary country.... and it's been charting in the top ten along with classical instrumental pieces but people keel liking it!

Jay, I was messin with my Korg OASYS synth. I don't play keys and did this in 20 minutes, There are a few lagging spots in the middle, but if someone wanted to use a part of it in a movie trailer or perhaps in a short scene, or even have it re-done using the good stuff... It sounded cool, so I saved it and everyone says it sounds like it was out of a movie, only nothing they'd ever heard. Roger
I enjoyed the Female Singer on PLease Dont, Good Song. Dear John Letter was spoilt buy that cliche Moth To A Flame, that turns it off for someone looking for up to date material, I.E Lazy Writing. Nice recordings
