Recently found out that "Backyard Carneval" (from the CD of the same name) by The Roger Ebacher Quintet (now know as Roger Ebacher and Re:Groove) has been featured on two Latin Music compilations on the Rosenklang label: "Latin Carnival, Season 3" & "Latin Music: Samba, Vol. 1"...available on Amazon, E-music, and many more major music sites world-wide.
Roger, Autumn Air is a Thing of Beauty! I can hear God's voice in the background. I'm off to check our your myspace site. Continue to blossom. - N
Nick ~ Thank you for your kind and generous words! Glad you like what you've heard so far, and hope you will enjoy what you hear and see on MySpace as well. Wishing you the best, Roger E.
Roger, i had to accept your connection right after listening to a couple of your compositions. You made my day with Autumn Air, the flute playing is out of this planet, and I 100% agree with Nick. All the best!
Thierry ~ Thanks so much for your kind words! I've been trying to spend more time here on Broadjam listening to other artists work, and yours stands out for me... I hope to sit & listen to more of it this week ("I loved Joy of Life"!). Meantime, best to you and to the great city of Montreal, which is where I got started playing professionally! Keep in touch...
Roger.....Some really nice grooves going on here..... and great players. Good luck to you..........Jim
Hi Jim ~ Thanks for the comment, and glad you like my material! If you want a bigger taste, check out The Air Department, my world music project, at myspace.com/theairdepartment. Even more & more diverse grooves there! Best, Roger E.
digging the Palmieri groove sir!
Thanks very much...I've always dug Eddie's thing, and this one just felt like a fitting thank you! And speaking of top-shelf Latin Jazz, count me in as a new fan of Orquesta Dharma...you've got a smoking ensemble there, brother! Keep up the great work...con salsa!!!
many thanks Roger, good to connect with you. Enjoying your music man!
