I don't know where you recorded these, but they were done very, very well. Rap has always been too intricate and detailed for me, as far as writing and the timing, lyrics and voices have to be perfect or in a split second, you'll lose your listener. These two songs were perfect, congratulations. I don't know if you have, but if you're still in Edmond you might ck out "The Jazz Lab" at UCO. Brian Gorrell use to run the studio, he is a fantastic musician & engineer. Good Luck!

Thank you for that. I am in still in Edmond also.

Lloyd,Thank you for the review of "HUSH-A-BY-DARLING" It is from my first cd of Celtic lullaby's for my granddaughters when they were small... it is the one song I always, would love to have had a video made in full movie mode of a mother singing to an infant in a cradle...knowing one day he would grow to be a Clan leader and to be a riever for the survival of the clan... to the outside world he would be a thief but to the clan he would be a HERO!... seeing this is already on a cd it can't be change what it is, but I can see where the Bodhran would work, but also keep it soft for a lullaby...again thank you!

I gave a listen to "I Love you..say it to me softly... nice would love to hear lyrics put to it sometime....

yours in music...Delta

Why haven't I heard Child of my heart on the radio? I don't know either. Do you only do your own material?

Thank you, Lloyd! Actually, Child of My Heart has played on thousands of stations, but they're mostly Christian Country stations, "brick & mortar" and internet/ online stations both. You're most WELCOME to contact your local station and request it! (They'd have to contact me www.beckywrightsongs.com and I'd send it to them. THANK YOU so much for your kind comment!

Lloyd, in response to your other question, I write most of my own material. On the infrequent occasion that I am looking for outside material, I would let people know (more likely on Facebook than Broadjam).

You"re very welcome. Love your voice.

Hey Lloyd, just listened to all five of your songs and gave them all 5 stars & Likes....Great Guitar picking sir! Are you familiar with an artist singer/songwriter John Stewart?? Your playing reminds me of his playing style! Check out an album by him, California Blood Lines....you will really enjoy it!!
On another note.......You just reviewed our song "Gravity" and were a bit tough on our composition, sorry you didn't appear to get the idea of our song...it's certainly an unusual approach to this thought of Love & Gravity!
You need to come on down to our Broad Jam site and listen further to some of our Country songs and Pop/Jazz tunes.....they are a bit more musically accessible!!
Yeepee Ki Yah.......
The Corey's........

Sorry, I'm not use to judging material except my own. I don't like doing it. I probably should've taken more time. Was told I have cancer the day before, so I probably shouldn't have been doing this. Let me go back
