Good work and I am very sure you enjoyed making this song and video, it shows.
just checked out the end of hyde video. very cool! very cool song!
Hey Gordon, thanks for checking out the vid. I did my best in playbacking :-) Lol, next time I should also rehearse the guitar parts before recording a clip ;-)
Thanks you very much for your reviews of "What to do" and "Memento". Much appreciated. Have a great 2013!
You too --I'm glad to find your music. I've enjoyed it and look forward to hearing more! Jeff
nice vocal man ! epic ballad
Hey Stephan! Thanks, but, ehm, which song did you mean?
another great tune ; 'travelin' on' man, i like your style! love the guitar solo on this! respect!!!
thanks, if you liked them, check out friday the 13th and some of my older prog metal stuff marked with (CIS) after them.
also check out "g to the zoria(unj5 collab)" and "cool summer breeze" for some different styles. i think you'll enjoy them as i enjoy you're playing!
i see you already have checked out a few of the ones i mentioned. thanks.
just listened to 'can't died in missouri' WOW! Kewl song and superb playing on all instruments...and great vocals. So you also play drum and bass? Great man! If only I could do that. I'm stuck with midi drum loops and use virtual basses for my songs :-)
thanks for checking it out. i played everything except the drums on that. the drums were played by jeff lathers. the acoustic project stuff i played all of the drums too. i bought myself a nice mapex recording series kit and started practicing. i have hung around enough great drummers that i would mess around playing their kits so i had a understanding of what i had to do. it didn't stick in my head that you were using midi drums and bass. so they must sound pretty realistic. unlike the old drum machine with the machine gun sound.
glad to hear you didn't hear virtual drums :-) vdrums have evolved considerably the last couple of years. I use NI Studio Drummer now which is very natural sounding. And the loops are played by real drummers of course; also helps a lot. The bass on 'the end of hyde' is real however.
i just picked up NI's komplete 8 with the studio drummer. i haven't used it yet! but hearing your stuff i will use it on a lot of things.
have phun playing around with studio drummer! for me it works to mix the drums within studio drummer and just put a glue comp on the drum track
thanks for the info
the end of hyde reminds of bowie and floyd but has a much more modern edge. i really enjoyed listening to all your tunes. tasty guitar!
hey Gordon, thanks for listening! this is one of the songs which is the result of a studio project collab with a friend (Aldo Adema). It's going to be released early next year on an album called TumbleTown. It's going to be a bit more proggy album than another solo one I'm working on which is going to be a bit more mainstream/bluesy. (like 'ring the bells' 'lawless local heroes' etc.)
cool, can't wait to hear more!
great message in ring the bells. very interesting compostition
Hey Laurence, thanks for you're review of "I'm so glad". Much appreciated!
Hi John, thanks for reviewing Pow Pow Pow. Yes, it is a children's song. Mrs. Kate

I appreciate your great review of "Save our souls," Han!
Hey Robert, Checked out a couple of your songs. Wow, pretty amazing! Great guitar playing; cool beats. Pretty unique, so no wonder a lot of them are in the Unique top 10 list :-) You deserve it! Especially like the song Leviathan.
Thanks very much, Han. Especially about "Leviathan." I haven't been to sure about that one. That was my first downtuned adventure. That led to the world of seven string that I'm working on now. We'll see how that goes.
Hey Robert, Thanks for your review of "You lied to me". Glad you liked it! I will check out your music once I return from a short holiday.
My pleasure, Han. Seriously - my pleasure, since that was a rare find; a song that's a little strange (in a very good way), but holds it together in a very creative way. Interesting to listen to as one artist's 'vision," as well as inspiration (for writers and players) that demonstrates how much value there is, even for those in the center of the spectrum, to in hear what's going on on the edges. An excellent work.
Thanks for your review!
cool stuff han !
Thank you very much for your review of "What to do". Especially thanks for your comments on the mix. I'm still working on those songs, so I put up a new mix with your comments in mind. Hope you will take a listen again if you can find the time. I'll check out your songs soon! (it's getting a little late here now). Cheers
I went back to re-listen but I don't think the new version has been activated yet - it linked me back to the same one, I think. I'll look for it tomorrow. Seems that BJ is a little slow on the posting process for songs at times.
Or it could be that it doesn't sound too different :-) Well, most of what I did was putting the bass more in the mix and turned the drums slightly softer. Just checked out some of your songs. Bicycle Wheels is simply beautiful! Great song; a little Beatle-esque. Also a big thumbs up for On my mind!
Great song "High like a hippy"! Heard it before on Fandalism. Superb vocals and great lyrics. I can really see this being used in a movie...some Project-x kinda movie :-)
thanks han really glad you liked it cheers man!
hey han am loving sylvia nice guitar work man ! top notch!
Hey Stephan, thanks for your compliment! And also thanks to introducing me to Broadjam. Just listened to Seasons again...love it!
Thanks for your review of "will you run"!
My pleasure! It's a great song!
