Hello Dave, thanks for the review of Made in China. I got a kick out of your comments. Many people have mentioned "musical theater" in connection w/ my songs...but I have never tried to write a musical, unless you count the numerous Christmas plays I have written for our kids at church. Have a great day and glad you liked my song. I think it would be fun to make a video out of Made in China. Only one other person has been "offended" (not that I say you were, but shared concern) about the musical reference. It's meant to be a humorous song with a bit of a message at the end. hello again David and thank you for the thoughtful review and marks on Nothing's Safe and Sound...i hear you on the intro, i wanted something a bit "Adele-ish" in this entire song, and the intro is not except in chord used in the song--something i asked my producer to try...your comments on the bridge i get, but as we come out of it, she holds that note for i believe 8 beats, then as i instructed i wanted the piano only to reintro the chorus, which you are correct again on-it is a bit repetitive, but was trying to mimic most of pop music "today", pounding the chorus so many times we get sick, LOL, well i didn't do it THAT much, but hear you--jt's a pleasure to have you make valid point of view comments based in music! rare 'round here...thank you again!
