Hello Brian,
Thank you for the review of the instrumental introduction, "Flying". The "ocean like" sounds your hearing in the beginning, is in fact wind, hence the song called Flying. You definitely hit it on the nose when you said, "It sets the mood". It's the beginning track to our album, "Breaking Free". The reason it's so short is because it's just that, an introduction to our album, and "setting the mood" for our single, "Ascension" following thereafter. Unfortunately, to get the full effect, it's better to hear the song on CD where the two run into each other, and "Flying" has a beautiful crescendo building up to the hard hitting introduction of the second track, Ascension. Thank you again for the kind review, and we would love to hear more of your feedback for more of our songs!

Open is just as strong. Are you selling these songs successfully yet? If not let's all go home; this is solid work.

Wow, thank you so much for the effusive praise! I just joined broadjam, so I haven't submitted anything for licensing yet.

Hi and thanks for the review of "Under the Waves". I know the Decemberists (good music but that pitchy, nasal singer bugs me in a way that even Natalie Merchant doesn't) but don't recall hearing "Cautionary Tale" before. There are quite a few minor waltzes with accordion out there in the big musical world, you know?

Had a listen to "Sunburned Song". WOW That's a fantastic pop tune.

I found your comments useful, but your scores a little harsh! Thanks for taking the time, and best wishes.

You know what, you're right. Yours was the first one I did and I was unaware of how the scoring process worked. You definitely deserved a better score than I gave you. Sorry about that.

No probs. My subconscious has always felt that LMF didn't live up to my expectations, and I think your point about the chorus melody being too similar hits the nail on the head. I was expecting more severe comments once I'd seen the scores!
