Gary Michael Mazzola, just listened to several of your songs. Isn't that what love is was first and I enjoyed it, then Anything can happen is nice, next I listened to Shine of me!! More full rang of music brought this one up another notch for me and Then...omgosh, Vintage Guitar, loved the Rock a billy sound, I am ready to dance all night to this one. Each song in your list just seems to be better. Perhaps move some of these later ones to the top of your list. I would really appreciate if you would give mine a listen when you have a spare few minutes.
Yes he is a diamond in the rough for sure! catnip pat

YES I was right! Mrs. Kate
Great review, oh too kind
You are the 2nd person I have known with last name Sweet. Jim Sweet was a friend in the Santa Cruz, Ca area. Knew him back in the 70s.
Thanks for the positive comment! I don't know any other Sweets in the Monterey Bay area, but it's a more common last name than you'd think.
love the music, rhythm and of course the vocal. This is my first time to find your music, Betty Overstreet
I am getting good remarks from listeners and friends regarding my new song, "I found Jesus in the cab of my old beat up truck". Those of you who know my usual style of writing will know what my friend George La flame means by his comments: Hi Betty: Great song Betty. I've played it a few times recently it is sort of modern Christian pop style. A little different style than you usually write. However, still a great song. Always liked your songs and miss co writing with you. Keep up the great work my friend. God bless. George La Flame
Always great to hear from you George.
Congrats on making the Top Ten for The wagon train. WOW!
Sorry for the late response but thank you, glad you liked it.Regards Mike.
Would love to be your friend here on Broadjam. wondering how others feel about the site.
Thank you
ok
HEllo, I see you are in Vacaville as I.
Happy New Year!
HI, I live in Vacaville Ca also, so happy to see other Vacaville musicians here on Broadjam. I would love to know how the site is doing for you . I am a songwriter/singer. Country and Gospel/Christian songs. I have my music on various sites. You are the second Artist I have found here on this site. My husband and I do a duo show mostly at Senior Residential homes and Gospel concerts at Churches. Of course, the Pandemic has kept us at home for the past year but now we are back on our music trail. Betty Overstreet BMI
I can hardly believe another week has gone by and we are still having a "Hot" Spell here in California. However, I have some good news too! Are you familiar with Numberonemusic.com? It is a site where many thousands of Artists upload their music and it goes all over the world. They keep a charting schedule to let us know where our songs are in the standing. I just go word that 4 of my Christmas songs are in the Top 10 for Holiday genre this week. #1 UP on the housetop is #3 Christmas eve at Granny's house #Billy Bob the hillbilly goat #9 Jingle Bells . I am pretty thrilled as they are all my new songs I created last year during the Pandemic . www.n1m.com/bettyoverstreet
Hi Buck, so nice to see your name here on Broadjam. I live in Vacaville , same as you. We both performed at the same event once that was held in the Nut tree near the Merry go round. Happy to see you are still following your dream. Check out some of my music when you have time.
I am so enjoying your song How many songs in this guitar. Love the style of your music.
Thank You!
Thank You
Your songs are very unique and won't take long to go viral, you're talented. Email us an mp3 file to radiomusicpromo78@gmail.com for global exposure.
Thanks so much, sending now!
OH gosh, memories of christmas is a beautiful song. Your talent and skills just amaze me and of course, I love your voice.
thank you Betty.
WOW girl, you have talent that needs to go far! I an sort of a neighbor. Live in Vacaville CA. Lived in Santa Cruz county for about 24 years during the time of being a mommy and raising my kinds, mostly in Aptos.
Awwww! Thank you Betty! I don't come on here too often, I'll check out your stuff too. I appreciate the compliment! Do you miss this area? I was born here
I missed it terribly when I first moved away. Now I just feel a desire to come back occasionally. My nephew, Michael Gaither, is a pretty well know Singer/Sonwriter in Santa Cruz county so we come down once in a while to go to one of his events. My kids all grew up there during the 60s-70s.
I am a nearby neighbor living in Vacaville, CA. I am a songwriter singer, never learned to play a guitar, etc so have to hire msuicians to make my trax so I can sing my songs. I am new to Broadjam so do't know if it will work well for me, but, willing to give it a try! Have a great day, Betty Overstreet
