If you get a chance, come on down to our site and have a listen, we'll leave the lights on!! LOL! Margie & Art Corey/BMI
no problem keep up the good work
Hello Beszo! Thanks for reviewing my crazy Bounce House song. I wrote it when I was singing at a festival in Orlando...the Bounce House was about 75 feet away from my stage and there ya go! I love to sing it at my senior shows....old folks get a big kick out of it. If it made you smile, I did my job. Your friend in FL, Mrs. Kate
no problem kate good job
Hey Simon, Glad to see you are still going strong! I Believe in you - LovePop

Ello me old mukker hows it going?
thanks for the very harsh review of "you cant park there its a bus stop"sorry it was not to your liking.we all like different things. The song was actually commended tn the uk songwriting contest 2012,and made the top 10 on broadjam folk rock charts. All the lyrics were written by myself. It is based on a true story.so the lyrics do have meaning. I do intend to write a follow up to this song ,when my dispute with the council is finally concluded kind regards Beszo
Like I said my Friend I like the Sound and Style of your Band. I know that if you write and Record a Song that can match your Potential, I know you would have been First in that Competition. But I guess that's the magic in the Music. I didn't mean to come off as Harsh because I like your Band. I hope you realize your Potential and Grab those Stars that are there in Front of you. That's what I meant for you to Understand. Thanks.... Scott Rees (Cosy Street Band).
wishing everyone a very merry christmas annd a happy new year, may all your dreams come true , cheers
Here's my request of the day. Post a favorite of one of your fellow Broadjammer's songs. I love to check out new songs this way. My latest fave is Hold On by Dianne MacAdams and Protilius, as many have been listening to. Simply Amazing!
?
"Don't Get Sentimental" by Goodnight Argent. I reviewed that song a couple years ago, and it blew my mind. Still does.
lost angel by des flyn
Thanks guys. Will check them out :)
this is just one of a 1000s worth a listen. this particular member is named Meir and worth 10,000 listens. . . http://www.broadjam.com/artists/songs.php?artistID=88114 1
Ok Thanks!
Justin Howard's "When You're Not Around", "Damn You", and "Run Away" and Reid Jamieson's "Rail" and "Hard to Swallow". I don't know why they haven't had more plays!
And thank you, Susan! :)
Megan Slankard - Token of the Wreckage http://www.broadjam.com/artists/songs.php?artistID=4193&mediaID=602112&play=true 1

Sorry to self-promote, but Crosseyed Miles "Love Me/Hate Me- (Decide)" is pretty darn good...will melt your face off! ;) Im also digging Leah lately!
No Problem Greg :0) I enjoyed it! Lots of fun. Thanks. You guys have a great sound!
hi roger thanks for your kind review of the "the bing bong song" the effects were not used to imitate a child ,they were actually used to imitate a ventriliquist with a puppet bird, kind regards Beszo
hi Marie, thanks for your kind review of " Do you wanna dance with me" much appreciated, thanks , Beszo
Hi Beszo ! you're very welcome ! good luck with your music , Marie.
Steve - thnks for the review of Return to Nazareth. I appreciate u tking the time. A little tough on my demo singer, but hey if it thats how u hear it . your a veteran writer. thanks again.
hi steve thanks for your review of "dont give up on me" glad you enjoyed it,but its not how it should be, as there is another part to the song which needs female vocals,so it was ommitted ,and it needs more work instrumentally,
Thanks Donovan and Beszo for comments. Good vocals always trump the underlying music so it's why i don't sing!
hi Sylvia, thanks very much for your kind review of "yes i do" much apprecated, kind regards Beszo
My pleasure. Good luck.
hi ,thanks very much for you kind review of my song "stop running away from life"much appreciated kind regards Beszo

hi matt thanks for your review of "stop running away from life.much appreciated. i wrote that song over 20 years ago .and i totally agree with you the instrumentation could do with a makover (might get round to it one day)but at the moment to busy concentrating on other projects .kind regards Beszo
Ok Fellow Connections- Question of the day, what is one of your favorite songs by another Broadjam artist?
okay, I'm game. . . from Ian Kenny's song catalog "ALL THAT I CAN SAY"
hi Susan, actually damn near ANYTHING by Bill Gaunce, with his lyrical brilliance (when he chooses too, depending on the song), but start with what i call the white picket fence tune--Dark Days...but hell too many, and of course several of my own...LOL...peace
hi susan check out my playlist BEST ONES http://www.broadjam.com/artists/medialists.php?artistID=83180&mediaID=71085 1 14 songs at the moment( 2 of them yours) these are songs that in my opinion would be top 10 hits in the mainstream charts if sang by established mainstream artists
Beszo- I'm a busy girl ;0)Just give me one you're "feeling" right now. Thanks :) And thanks for putting my songs (but don't give me one of them ;0)
I have so many, but one "right now:" I've been revisiting some of Simona Radu's songs. I always liked "Bonsai Dream," but hadn't listened quite so closely to the lyrics and how they work with the vocal performance and melody in such a poignant way. At risk of violating my code of machismo, it kind of brings a tear to my eye.
Southbound train by Innes Sibun makes me wanna Boogie Woogie.
My Green Thumb by Reid Jamieson
Yes, Calvin. Innes really moves the groove right down the line.
Thanks guys, just got a chance to take a listen to some of your suggestions. I like to venture out and check out other artists in a different way than doing reviews. I'm not too crazy about BJ's review process don't think it's particularly helpful. And this just lets me chill and listen to a few new writers one song at a time. My fave, BTW, is prob Irene by Dan May as the whole package, though I am a fan of many songs and artists on this site.
Now, I still have more to go (listening to all your suggestions that is :)
That Innes is cool! Never heard his stuff before. Sounds a bit like Robert Plant too!
Hi Darin ,thanks very much for your very kind review of my song " it doesnt matter " much appreciated ,glad you liked it ,hope you have a great christmas ,kind regards Beszo
Thank you for taking the time to say such nice things about Without Her!!! All the best to you!!! Peace, Robert Wuagneux
no problem Robert keep up the good work
Hi Bezso. Checked out Only Losers. good message and melody. I really got a kick out of Six Bottles which played next. You are quite a ball-buster. Are you sure you're not from the NYC/NJ area? lol
Glad you liked" six bottles of wine" i was asked to write it to celebrate a wedding. Pardon my ignorance Susan, but what does a ball buster mean??? Not a term i'm familiar with .Have you listenend to " My childhood days"? Its about what is was like growing up in the 60's/70's in a small rural town/village in England (in my case Axbridge in somerset) You still haven' let us all know your favorite song?
ball buster means to bust chops or kind of aggressively tease someone, it is the major way of communicating in this New York city tri-state area for sure, like Seinfeld if you've watched that. done in fun but taken to the limit. from UK shows, seems similar1
a kind of sarcasm I guess!!!
I think "Fighting" sounds much better with new slowed down version and intro. The music matches the lyrics much better. Childhood Days brings back all those memories, I guess an ocean apart we played the exact same games and called them by the same names. (Unless of course you grew up in the States ;0)
Just goes to show what a small world we reallly liive in,glad you could relate to the song, i've never been to the states, but i was in canada for 6 weeks in 1985 whilst serving in the army .and i have workied alongside some Americans whilst serving in Germany, I love your song the seat next to mine, very cute.Did you know Johnny?
Yes. that is a story changed in a parallel universe to what happened, Not Foolin' Me Now was more exact in that Trilogy. My bff when I was younger, troubled til his early death.
i thought so .i've listenend to "not foolin me" a few times great songwriting
Oh Thanks! I appreciate it :)
Hey I want all of my connections to tell me their number one favorite of their own songs so I can listen to it! Thanks!!!
Well Suzie Q, that would be "life of a rodeo"

''Maddy'' means more than all my others put together Best Earl
fair is fair - 'rest your head on my shoulder'
btw - I BELIEVE SOMEONE HAS ASKED: what is Ms. Susan's Favorite from HER OWN WRITING?
One of my faves is " I gotta find that number" It was fun to write and fun to sing. Thanks for asking. What is your favorite of yours?
Hi Susan, My favorite is ONE GOOD SONG. In that song I summed up my reasons for writing songs and I hope made it universal. I hope you will listen to it. ~~Sue Nikas
I'm at Barnes and Noble now, can't wait to listen to all when I get home. Thanks. My favorite of mine I guess is Johnny's 29th BD.
