A former Opera Singer, Simon survived an AIDS diagnosis in 2005, which cost him his opera career and very nearly his life. But Simon had been inspired while working for the composer Gian-Carlo Menotti, and decided to become a composer in his own right.

Fast-forward to 2017, Simon exploded back onto the scene as Classicalbanksy, with a stunning debut "The American Dream?" itunes.apple.com/gb/album/the-ame...gle/id1205870917 The debut proved successful, and the singles "Futureblind," and "Sei il mio Nomi" have since followed that up.

2018 also sees the completion of his debut album, mischievously entitled "Transgenre," in a style the redefines genre. Following several small screen credits, and the Hans Zimmer Film Score Masterclass, 2019 sees Simon's music make its Big Screen debut at the Sundance Film Festival, California. Simon is coached by the legendary producer Man Parrish, and has recently begun writing new material for artists including Kylie Minogue.
