Cheshire Grin was formed in 1995. The Omaha club scene was lacking a talented cover band that produced packed houses... enter Cheshire Grin. One look at their set list will show a diverse group of artists ranging from Creed and Fuel to heavier artists such as Papa Roach & the Deftones. They immediately were offered many "A" clubs in the Omaha & Lincoln club markets. Cheshire Grin comes packaged with a state of the art sound and light show that rivals some smaller touring national acts! In the fall of 2000 Cheshire Grin began work on what would become "Cat O' Nine Tales", their 1st CD of all original material. The CD was released on July 3rd, 2001, to rave reviews, & sold almost 1000 copies in the first month! The first single "Release" is currently receiving REGULAR rotaion in the 7 - 12 PM slot on 93.3 K-Rock, a feat unmatched by ANY other local band in Omaha.
