Both Tom and Ben have been writing songs for most of their lives. Within the last two years, Ben and Tom have joined to challenge each other and come up with songs that tell good stories through imagery and clever wordsmithing. Tom has had success in getting some of his songs published and on CD with a local Canadian Band while Ben performs around the Okanagan and has recently completed work on an EP with his band "misbehavin". Three of the songs on the EP were written by both Tom, Ben, Al Murray and Dave Mitchell while one was written exclusively by Ben Al and Dave from the band. Tom and Ben enjoy the challenge of keeping things versatile hoping to write not only for other performers but also to write for film and tv. To date, Ben and Tom have written music for two beer commercials and a local corporate video.
