My releases are almost all rock instrumentals, though there are a few with Country vibes and a few more that are really Smooth Jazz and/or Jazzrock Fusion (plus a few "beats" that were irresistable when they cropped up!)I hope to get music placed in any of the various licensing opportunities available on Broadjam.

Here is a professional reference from a distinguished MIP(Music Industry Professional):

"I have used Tim's music to demonstrate to students the concept of 21st Century Progressive Experimental Rock of which Tim's music is an excellent example. Tim's music is also been used for warm up activities during rehearsals for the performing ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympics. I also enjoy listening to Tim's music simply because it's intriguing, exciting and yet reflective at the same time. It takes you to places you didn't know you could get to without the use of il

New uploads by Tim: "Champagne Suspicions," "Smoke & Mirrors" and "C the Country Blues" are bluesy/smooth jazz-type tunes. Also new is a high-energy, guitar-driven hard rock instrumental number called "Rockit Dog." All were created more with licensing (mood/feeling) applications in mind than retail/top 40 expectations. Therefore, all of the technical elements of a "song" may not be apparent!

Thanks Jeff, I have re-uploadeed 2 more times, different versions since yesterday afternoon when I noticed, & have a note in to customer service...very frustrating.

Hey Tim I missed putting a 5 on "Would you like to hear more from this artist" on my last review!

Oh, well thank you! If it's possible to go back and revise, by all means please do! And thank you for the constructive comments...I have to "face the music" on that stuff even though I am aware.

What are you using for drums???

I have used a variety of sets in my music. On that song those are Garage Band loops, with "Ping Pong delay" from Cubase, which really sound great when clean and original file is used. Is it possible to make suggested improvements from a review and then get a new one from same person? (I am new here, surprise, surprise).

The reviews are not editable but you can always post a new version of the song with a different name and start from scratch.

I can't say enough good things about EZ Drummer. I have a number of different packages from them, and I drop it into FL Studio which allows a Lego block approach to song building. You can pick grooves, fills, etc., and they are intact or you can edit the MIDI created to customize without hours of tweaking. Then for actual real time audio recording I work in Pro Tools (but any DAW would work) with the rendered drum track. This a relatively inexpensive drum solution, and with some editing thought it sounds pretty convincing. There are different kits available and you can edit the mic mixing. Even if I were a good drummer the logistics of getting a decent drum sound are beyond most home studios.

Thank you, Jeff, for that info. Both EZ Drummer and FL Studio sound intriguing, especially so now after hearing your song "Still the Same." Really great work by you, including sound quality.
