John Luttrell Bio
Introduction
John Luttrell is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. His original compositions range from progressive rock to ambient electronic soundtracks and solo piano.
History
As a lad in high school, John Luttrell played guitar and keyboards in the rock group Chillum from 1974-75 in London, England. In the 1980s, he played guitar and sang in the Los Angeles-based progressive rock trio Helios with fellow rockers Dave Veirs and Tony Betino.
In 1989, Luttrell released the self-produced album Lost In My Dreams. This album also marked the beginning of OtterSong Records. In the 1990s John performed at venues in Southern California and composed material for new projects.
