Her new album, I Dare You, was a collaborative effort between Ali and some of Canada's top musicians like Shaun Verreault and Jim Vallance. They worked through each song in the studio, recorded live from the floor, and, to really capture the essence of the music, they recorded to tape. The album's completion was celebrated with a concert at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts and was recorded for a national broadcast on CBC Radio 2's "Canada Live", which aired February, 2010.
