About JuanGifted
Born Da Juanny Taylor and raised in Detroit, Michigan "JuanGifted" knew his talent when he first began in a group with his brother at the age of 7. He began to create R&B songs, started recording what he made, and also developed a sound effects series. He later formed rap groups in middle school;family members recognized his talent and began to invest in it. By 1993 JuanGifted had become a Hip-Hop artist, producer, recording engineer, and dj. In 1995 he started his own production and began working out of various studios in which he interned as an engineer assistant from RJ Rice to Tommy Walker of Fred Hammond to DohRonn Records. In 2001 He was lunged into the acting platform and developed a love for it. By 2003 Juan had a role in the musical "The Forgotten-Murder At The Ford Rouge Plant" produced by Steve Jones which toured several cities across the country. Juan also snagged 4 roles in 1 play called "Colored Peoples Times"; written, produced, mixed, and sold his own 22 track CD "Crossfire", and finished a tv pilot with Murray/West Films "Firefighter Stories". In 2005 he has hosted workshops for anyone wanting to learn the industry of recording. Since 2008 he has been a production assistant for the syndicated "Mason Morning Show" and the Lead Instructor for the Radio/TV program at Lawton Career Institute. JuanGifted has been a galvanizing influence in the Metro-Detroit area industry. He has, and continues to work with industry professionals in both Film and Music. Look out, he is not done yet!
