Founded in the spring of 1994, SOUL SURVIVAZ started as a way for three friends to express their diverse musical likes. Andres Pecina , Chris Reyes and Gary Gerardo better known as ANDRES-P, C-REY and G-DUB, soon found that their new creative outlet was quickly manifesting itself into a definition of culture. The Southtown sound of San Diego California was born and Soul Survivaz was at the epicenter of a musical quake shaking the foundation of hip-hop music. Educated, hard working and “true to self” SOUL SURVIVAZ see themselves as the “voice of the forgotten”.
