About Adena Atkins

From coast to coast Adena Atkins brings her singular artistry to song.

Her recipe is simple. Begin with lyrics that could double as poetry, flesh them out in wildly imaginative music, and channel the whole thing through Atkins' keystone soprano. The result sounds both obvious and necessary.

Within a year of moving to Seattle, Atkins has teamed up with producer Jay Pinto. They've recorded her solo debut The Slowest Curve together, as well as a joint EP under the moniker pandagreen. She authors the blog An Art Full Life, sharing the hard-earned ins and outs of sustaining creativity. Atkins is currently booking a west coast tour in partnership with fellow songstress Jessica Lynne.

As much as she's accomplished already, it's clear that this is only a taste of what to expect from Atkins.
