I've been in bands, including Wild Cherry who recorded the iconic "Play That Funky Music", worked on hundreds of recording sessions from jingles, to avant-garde artists, to Cyndi Lauper, Roberta Flack, and countless other mainstream artists. I have scored a few indie films, had placements in TV. And I've always been involved in experimental electronic music, which is now what I mostly do with the occasional pop track thrown in when I feel the muse taking me there. Thank you for listening! ~ Allen Wentz

Bio
Legoland Empire, (LLE), is the creative brainchild of producer/composer Allen Wentz, and includes players and singers that range from unknown monsters to some of the greatest players on the planet. Allen was an original band member (bassist/synthesist/vocalist) of Wild Cherry which picked up 2 Grammy nominations and an American Music Award. He has since worked on projects too numerous to list as a session player, produced a number of indie albums, and scored a few indie films.
The concentration is now on song placements for film, TV and advertising, as the intricate electronics-based soundscapes are well suited for contemporary media.
