HYPESTRESS is an independent artist that has performed at various venues such as the Lioness Den, The Dylock,Warmdadys in Philadelphia PA , Memorial Hall in Dayton OH, and the college circuit in Wilberforce OH. Born and raised in a melting pot of cultural diversity, HYPESTRESS lyrical prowess is a reflection of their diverse background and relentless pursuit of musical exploration.
With an eccentric taste that defies convention, Their fearless experimentation pushes the boundaries of rap, resulting in a fresh and innovative sound that resonates with listeners from all walks of life.
HYPESTRESS journey in the music industry has been defined by collaboration and a deep appreciation for the independent music scene. They have worked seamlessly with a slew of talented indie artists, both as a featured artist and behind the scenes as a producer. HYPESTRESS has collaborated with Azeer the Anthologist forming the duo known as The Legendary Team Phenom based in Columbus OH and completed three albums titled The Legendary, The Red Pill, and The Moment of Clarity. They also collaborated with the late Poison Ladd S.L.R as well as Ahch Father from G.A.S.K Squad, Indie artist and songwriter STIKNTREEBOB, and Da Storm. Additionally, HYPESTRESS has performed live with Singer Barbara Sheree. HYPESTRESS has also featured on the Alpha Omega LP with indie artist Flawless of the Warzone camp, and two albums from Breakout Ent. with indie artist Supa San titled: B.R.K.O and Break up or get Broke up.
As a solo artist, HYPESTESS has 4 underground works titled Fiction, The Beautiful and Trifling, The Bitter Pill, and also an EP project titled "Tre Onysis in the Social Experiment" Co produced by Beats In General from Sound Found Music Group and Globalcreationmusic, This collaborative spirit has not only showcased their versatility but has also allowed HYPESTRESS to establish a vast network of creatives, fostering a supportive and vibrant community.
