The Teemates were a well known New York City Garage Band who's look and sound resembled that of the Beatles.The band Founded by Bobby and Gary Mercury called The Teemates. After The Bands initial appearance at the New York Worlds Fair in 1964 Bedlam ensued and soon the Teemates were being interviewed by Cousin Brucie. Their Opening as the House band in Scott Muni's Nightclub in 1965 transformed them from unknowns to leaders in the Music Industry.

Am from the well known "TEEMATES BAND" from the Sixties. We are no longer together(For years) still you can hear tracks from that band on some of Sundazed Records and other Secondary Label Reissues.All my current Tunes were written and composed by me. Recorded at Signature Sound Studios in Connecticut. Band Members included 'Dale Monette-Benny Kohen-Steve Maher(currently with the Jimmy Buffet Tribute Band) Jim O'Conner and Mark Thayer(The Engineer) doing the lead work on DEM CODEPENDENT BLUES.
